Objectives of the group

 

• Stimulate research on relapsing polychondritis and VEXAS syndrome in Latin America.
• Promote epidemiological studies to assess the incidence and prevalence of polychondritis and VEXAS syndrome in Latin American countries.
• Evaluate the different clinical phenotypes of polychondritis in Latin America.
• Enhance knowledge among rheumatologists regarding polychondritis and VEXAS syndrome.
• Promote and assist in developing diagnostic methods for patients suspected of having VEXAS syndrome.
