Dear colleagues from PANLAR affiliated societies and associations,

Pursuant to the regulation of study groups, we would like to invite all members to participate in this call for new groups, to receive an endorsement for the presentation of the projects.

Documents required for evaluation:

1. A list of all members of your proposed Study Group (SG), attaching to each of them a reliable proof of affiliation to a PANLAR member society or association.
2. A detailed description of the structure of the Study Group´s organization
3. A charter appointing two coordinators. It is necessary to have the names and contact forms of these people and the start date of their functions. Please remember that coordinators should come from different regions of PANLAR, preferably.

All such information must be submitted to the executive secretariat (secretaria@panlar.org) before March 13, 2024. All documentation will be collected and evaluated to standardize SG operations.

 In addition, the study group manual and the ILAR format adapted for the presentation of future projects are attached.
