2. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PROPOSALS THAT

  • Are innovative in their educational format: PANLAR 2024 will feature tracks or thematic areas on key pathologies and we expect proposals that include, in addition to the update formats, formats that stimulate debate/controversy (PANLAR Debates), meetings with professors to discuss relevant topics and clinical cases (meetings with professors), learning sessions for young rheumatologists (a coffee with ...) workshops and innovation sessions among other educational formats aimed at creating a dynamic and interactive event.

  • Include participants from at least two member countries.
  • Stimulate interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity.

3.    SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSAL

Sessions will last 60 minutes, of which 45 minutes will be dedicated to presentations and 15 minutes for interventions from the audience.

The proposal must include:

  • Session title: (usually an attractive title, reflecting the content of the session and containing words that can be easily searched in the program).

4.    SELECTION PROCESS

Only proposals covering all points included in the requirements of this call will be accepted.

All proposals will be assessed by the Scientific Committee of the Congress.

The Scientific Committee will select the proposals it considers appropriate based on the topics, educational modalities, innovation, and the need for such knowledge, in the context of the entire educational offer of the Congress.

The Committee reserves the right to take all or part of the proposal, to integrate two proposals into one, or to change the proposed speakers for others it considers more appropriate.

PANLAR will notify the study group coordinators of the acceptance/modification/rejection of the proposal by September 30, 2023. This decision will be final.

Once PANLAR accepts the proposal it will be in charge of coordinating the session, communicating with the speakers, and arranging the logistical aspects with the speakers. This will be done directly and not through the Study Group coordinators.
